It makes me really sad that we shouldn't say "I'm sorry" after a car accident. I've never been in a car accident myself, but if I did, and it was my fault, I would feel so weird not apologizing. I apologized today when I almost ran into someone with our stroller at Target, I apologized when I realized that I didn't hold a door open for someone at Starbucks, but yet if I ever smashed into someone's car, I shouldn't apologize because that would be admitting blame. And maybe someone could construe me smashing into someone as actually not my fault. Seems really silly to me, and it makes me wonder how ridiculous we look to God sometimes.
