There is about 1 inch of snow on the ground here and the city is absolutely crippled. This is sort of unsurprising since they don't use salt or sand here, and don't really plow. Instead, they just give up.
So after waiting an hour for my bus (and about 6 others) that apparently couldn't make it up the hill to get to my stop, I'm back at home.
